This wooden retreat is a robust log construction which has aged into its environment nicely. We love the way the wood has adapted, giving the home its own individual character.
No log home would be complete without the ubiquitous porch to sit out on. This is what a cabin retreat is all about, sitting out on the porch surrounded by nature.
Inside this quaint lodge, we find a simple floor plan which has a sense of practicality about it. The living room is open to the dining set and kitchen. No airs and graces when we go to the woods, practicality, so the room even has a few sleeping cots.
This cozy cabin is easily heated by this roaring wood-burning stove. Inviting!
