What does it take to manage a successful property listing on Airbnb? Scott Shatford, founder of AirDnA, a website that analyzes Airbnb property listings, told the Huffington Post that successful owners cater to renters' expectations. "People can make 30 to 40 percent more if they are in touch with the demand in their area -- special events, seasonality, whether you're accommodating tourists or business people," he said.
Anne and Bill of West Fork, Ark., have done so well at tuning in to their renters' expectations that their little cabin in the Ozarks was featured in the March 2015 Huffington Post article as the most successful Airbnb listing in Arkansas. They pay special attention to nearby events and attractions: Razorback events at the college in nearby Fayetteville, bike rallies, and the Devil's Den State Park.

The bathroom features a full-sized tub and shower and a granite sink. Towels are included in the overnight price.
Amenities include a television with cable, a DVD player and Wi-Fi access.
The full kitchen includes all appliances, basic cookware and utensils, and dinnerware.
The cabin features a porch in the front and a porch in the back, with chairs to relax in while taking in the stunning view of the Ozark mountains.
The backyard area includes a barbecue and fire pit, with wood supplied by the hosts.
The cabin is situated on 100 acres owned by Bill and Anne, whose own home is on the property... somewhere.
Dogs are welcomed at the cabin, too, within the limits of the pet policy. There's nothing cozier than curling up in a cabin in the mountains with your furry best friend.
