Sitting 10 feet tall, it can be the perfect addition to one's backyard. It's roughly 13 feet x 13 feet. 
As you can see from the picture below, you can put a small sitting area inside and open up all the doors and windows for natural light and air.

Best of all? This summerhouse is easy to assemble yourself! Of course, expert assembly is always an option.

Located in Pasadena's 'Millionaire's Row' district, the W.T. Bolton house was built in 1906 by renowned architects Charles and Henry Greene. The home has been modified over the years, but it's still a beautiful example of Craftsman architecture!
