As soon as we laid eyes on the Mountain King by Conestoga Log Cabins and Homes, we knew we had to see if the interior lived up to the promise of that rustic yet grand decorative gable. After all, for a log home to be declared king of the mountain, it must be pretty spectacular. This stunning home did not disappoint.
This 1080-square-foot wonder is every log home lover's dream. The framework is sturdy and functional, yet has little touches of flair — including the detailing in the railing up to the loft and the exposed beams and trim done contrasting wood — to make it feel special.

Burt, a customer from West Virgina, adores his Mountain King, stating, "It’s like having my own miniature lodge to relax in…. a place where I can have a meal and enjoy friendships."

This bathtub easily steals the spotlight. From the majestic steps to the stained glass window detailing, there's no way you can soak without feeling like rugged royalty.
The loft is surprisingly large, comfortably sleeping two while maintaining the lumberjack-esque vibe of the lower level.
