Peek into this 'Hillside' hideaway — you'll want to hibernate in the cozy bedroom

Candlewood Cabins has yet to disappoint us. Their Log Home effortlessly blends log home living with more upscale amenities, and the Hillside Cabin provides a similar experience with a few key differences. Like the previous cabin covered, the Hillside Cabin is one of the four lodgings on the 80-acre property in Wisconsin owned by Susan and Norbert Calnin — but Hillside Cabin was the original.
For that extra feeling of escape, the Hillside Cabin is located at the furthest corner of the property, ensuring pure and undisturbed bliss. While it comfortably sleeps six, it provides a picture-perfect setting for a romantic getaway with that special someone.

The kitchen is clean, well-equipped, and charming. The green wall brings the vibrant hue of the landscape inside but is understated enough to blend well with the rest of the decor.
Here is a wider shot of the kitchen, along with a glimpse of the dining table and a peek at the sitting room. The layout flows nicely, thanks to the open concept floor plan. Plus, look at the size of the window next to the table! You're sure to spot some wildlife while having breakfast.
Upstairs, the cozy loft bedroom awaits. If I woke up there on a crisp winter morning, I would choose to stay in bed all day.
The weathered-looking white wooden walls add rustic charm to the bathroom while the free-standing bathtub and ornate mirror frame add the wow factor. Can you imagine the levels of relaxation you can reach while soaking in that tub?
There is also a private fire  pit ready to satisfy your s'mores cravings.
